Hellwet Technologies Private Limited is committed to protecting children and maintaining a safe environment on the FashionKart platform. We comply with Google Play's Child Safety Standards and applicable laws regarding the protection of minors online.
Age Requirements
- The Platform is intended for users aged 13 and above
- Users under 18 should use the Platform with parental or guardian supervision
- Account creation by children under 13 is prohibited
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13
Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation (CSAE) Prevention
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and exploitation content. Specifically:
- We prohibit any content, product listing, image, or communication that exploits, sexualises, or endangers minors
- All user-generated content (reviews, profile photos, seller images) is subject to automated and manual moderation
- We use AI-based content scanning to detect and remove prohibited material
- Confirmed CSAM is reported to the National Centre for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and Indian law enforcement as required by law
- Accounts involved in CSAE are permanently banned and reported to authorities
Product Safety for Children
Products in our Kids category must comply with:
- Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) requirements where applicable
- Age-appropriate labelling and safety warnings
- Non-toxic materials for children's clothing and accessories
- Accurate age range and size information
Reporting Concerns
If you encounter content or behaviour that may endanger a child on our Platform:
- Report immediately via the in-app "Report" button on any content
- Email hello@fashionkart.ai with subject line "CHILD SAFETY REPORT"
- Call 011-4118-6161 for urgent matters
We investigate all reports within 24 hours and take immediate action on confirmed violations.
