How to File a Grievance

  3. Include in your email: Your name, registered email/phone, order number (if applicable), description of the issue, and steps already taken
  4. You will receive an acknowledgement within 48 hours and a resolution within 15 working days

If your grievance is not resolved within the stated timeline, you may approach:

  • Consumer Forum: File a complaint at your local District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission
  • Data Protection Board of India: Once established under the DPDP Act, 2023
