Delivery Areas
We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. Enter your pin code on any product page to check availability and estimated delivery date.

Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Delivery timelines begin after order confirmation and payment verification.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
- Sellers may take up to 48 hours to pack and hand over to our logistics partner
- You will receive SMS/email updates at each stage: confirmed → packed → shipped → out for delivery → delivered
- Track your order anytime via My Orders or the tracking link in your notification
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹999 (may vary during promotions)
- Shipping charges for orders below the threshold are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination
- Express and same-day delivery carry additional charges shown at checkout
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners typically make up to 3 delivery attempts. If all attempts fail:
- The package may be returned to our warehouse
- We will contact you to reschedule delivery or process a return
- Re-delivery charges may apply for address-related failures
Damaged or Missing Packages
If your package arrives damaged or items are missing:
- Do not accept visibly damaged packages (if possible)
- Take photos of the packaging and product within 24 hours
- Contact us at hello@fashionkart.ai with your order ID and photos
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund
