The Platform does not own, operate or control courier companies.
2. ROLE OF PLATFORM, SELLER & LOGISTICS PARTNERS
2.1 Platform Role (Limited)
The Platform:
Facilitates order creation and shipment initiation
Shares shipping details with Sellers and logistics partners
Displays tracking information received from Shiprocket/couriers
The Platform does not guarantee delivery timelines or courier performance.
2.2 Seller Role (Primary)
Sellers are responsible for:
Packaging products securely
Timely dispatch of orders
Handing over shipments to Shiprocket-assigned courier partners
Compliance with shipping standards
2.3 Courier / Logistics Partner Role
Courier partners are responsible for:
Pickup, transit and delivery
Delivery attempts and proof of delivery
Handling RTO (Return to Origin) shipments
3. SHIPPING COVERAGE & SERVICEABILITY
Shipping is available only to serviceable pincodes as determined by Shiprocket and courier partners.
Serviceability may vary based on:
Location
Courier availability
Government or operational restrictions
Non-serviceable locations may result in:
Order cancellation
Delayed dispatch
4. SHIPPING TIMELINES (INDICATIVE)

9. PACKAGING & TRANSIT RISK
