Cancellation Overview
You may cancel an order on FashionKart before it is shipped. This policy explains when and how cancellations are processed.
When Can You Cancel?

How to Cancel
- Go to My Orders in your account or the app
- Select the order you want to cancel
- Click Cancel Order and choose a reason
- Confirm cancellation — you will receive an email/SMS confirmation
If the cancel button is not available, your order may already be in processing or shipped. Contact support at hello@fashionkart.ai.
Cancellation by FashionKart
We may cancel your order if:
- Product is out of stock after order placement
- Pricing or listing error is discovered
- Payment verification fails
- Delivery address is unserviceable
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, logistics disruptions)
In all such cases, you receive a full refund and notification via email/SMS.
Cancellation by Seller
Sellers may cancel orders due to stock issues. You will be notified immediately and receive a full refund. Repeated seller cancellations may affect seller ratings.
Refund After Cancellation
Refunds are processed per our Refund Policy. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method. COD orders have no payment to refund.
Partial Cancellation
For multi-item orders, you may cancel individual items if they haven't been shipped. Remaining items will be processed normally. Refund applies only to cancelled items.
